1. General Provisions
This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") governs the relationship between proof-ticket.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "Provider") and the website user (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Customer") related to the provision of an information technology service for creating and providing temporary flight reservations.
Payment for the Service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.
2. Subject of the Service
2.1. The Service provides the User with a service for searching and creating temporary flight reservations for a selected destination and date (or date range).
2.2. The result of the service is a link to a booking file generated through third-party booking systems (GDS / API providers).
2.3. The Service is NOT an air carrier, airline agent, or tour operator and does not sell air tickets.
2.4. A standard reservation lasts up to 48 hours. An extended reservation lasts 7 days.
3. Key Restrictions and Disclaimer
3.1. The User understands and agrees that the provided reservation:
is not a paid air ticket;
does not provide a 100% guarantee of:
check-in for the flight,
boarding,
passing through border control,
approval of a visa or acceptance of documents at a consulate/embassy,
acceptance of documents by the airline or government agencies.
3.2. The final decision on admission to the flight, border crossing, or visa issuance always remains with the airline, border service, or consulate and is independent of the Service.
3.3. The User uses the reservation at their own risk, understanding the specifics of temporary reservations.
4. Booking Procedure
4.1. Flexible Dates
If the User selects the "Flexible Dates" option, they agree to the selection of a flight within a range of dates:
The system first attempts to confirm the reservation for the first selected date. If unsuccessful:
Alternative flights for the same date are selected.
Then flights within the selected date range are searched.
If confirmation is not possible, the User receives an email with a link to process a refund.
4.2. Specific Date
If a specific date is selected:
The system attempts to book the selected flight.
If the status is False, all available flights for this date are searched.
If successful:
A booking file is generated,
The file is uploaded to the Service server,
The User receives a link to the ticket by email.
If unsuccessful:
The User receives an email with an offer to either
change dates or
process a refund.
5. Service Timeframes
5.1. In most cases, flight searches take a few minutes.
5.2. In certain situations (API load, specific destinations), searches may take up to 120 minutes.
6. Refunds
6.1. Refunds are only possible if the booking cannot be confirmed.
6.2. Once the ticket link is successfully provided, the service is considered fully completed and no refunds will be issued.
6.3. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method:
foreign card (Stripe),
Russian card,
cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20).
6.4. The funds crediting time depends on the bank or blockchain network and can range from a few seconds to several days.
Refunds are processed between 9am and 9pm GMT +7.7. Prohibition of Abuse
7.1. Attempts to request a second refund after the order has been successfully completed, as well as other abuses, are considered a violation of the terms of the Offer.
7.2. In such cases, the Service reserves the right to refuse a second refund without further explanation.
8. Liability of the Parties
8.1. The Service is not responsible for:
visa denial,
entry denial,
check-in or boarding denial,
actions of airlines and government agencies.
8.2. The Service's maximum liability is limited to the cost of the paid service.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The Service reserves the right to amend this Offer without prior notice.
